First, log into your server via SSH as the root user (sudo will not work). You can get the login details from your web host.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2: Update packages<br \/>For Ubuntu: <code><kbd>sudo apt update &amp;&amp; sudo apt upgrade -y<\/kbd><\/code><br \/>For CentOS\/Alma\/Rocky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><kbd>sudo yum check-update<\/kbd><br \/><kbd>sudo yum update<\/kbd><br \/><strong>Step 2: Run the installation script<\/strong><br \/>Run the following command. It will initiate the automated installation script, which will prompt you for a few decisions about which version of LiteSpeed and which add-ons you would like to install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><kbd>sh &lt;(curl https:\/\/cyberpanel.net\/install.sh || wget -O - https:\/\/cyberpanel.net\/install.sh)<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for some reason, you are not able to log in as root, you can use this command<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><kbd>sudo su - -c \"sh &lt;(curl https:\/\/cyberpanel.net\/install.sh || wget -O - https:\/\/cyberpanel.net\/install.sh)\"<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Select the version of LiteSpeed that you would like to use<\/strong><br \/>Select which version of LiteSpeed to install. If you select LiteSpeed Enterprise, please ensure that you have obtained a license key first. It is free for 1 domain, but you still need to obtain the key. Visit the pricing table 346 to decide your desired plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CyberPanel Installer v2.1.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RAM check : 184\/981MB (18.76%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disk check : 7\/30GB (27%) (Minimal 10GB free space)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Install CyberPanel with OpenLiteSpeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install Cyberpanel with LiteSpeed Enterprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exit. Please enter the number[1-3]:<br \/>If you selected LiteSpeed Enterprise, you will see the following prompt. Enter your serial number<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not have any license, you can also use trial license (if server has not used trial license before), type TRIAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please input your serial number for LiteSpeed WebServer Enterprise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: Select options and add-ons<\/strong><br \/>You will be presented with a series of prompts for different options and add-ons that are available.<br \/>you just type Y every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full Service (default Y):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allow for your Database to be installed on a remote server<br \/>CyberPanel Version (default Latest Version):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose to install a previous version of CyberPanel, or press Enter to install the latest<br \/>Password (default \u201c1234567\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is recommended that you use \u201cs\u201d to set your own strong password<br \/>Memcached 22 (default Y):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distributed memory object caching system<br \/>Redis 8 (default Y):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In-memory data structure store, used as a database, cache, and message broke<br \/>Watchdog 17 (default Yes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kernel watchdog is used to monitor if a system is running. It is supposed to automatically reboot hanged systems due to unrecoverable software errors<br \/><strong>Step 5: Installation<\/strong><br \/>The installation process will proceed automatically. It will take 5-10 minutes, depending on the speed of your server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6: Finalize Installation<\/strong><br \/>At the end of the installation process, you will be presented with the following screen which contains important information about your configuation.
